Delivery & dispatch

Orders placed before 12 noon GMT Monday–Friday ship the same day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 for UK. Free over £50.

Returns & refunds

Perishable items can't be returned once opened. If something's wrong with your order, let us know within 48 hours and we'll sort it.

How fresh are the sweets?

Everything is weighed and packed to order on the day we ship, so your bag arrives as fresh as it would from the counter.

Do you cater for allergies?

Each individual filling has its own ingredients and allergen info on its product page. If you have a severe allergy, email us at info@thesweetstore.co.uk before you order so we can confirm what's safe.

Can I pick more than 40?

Yes, go nuts. Beyond 40, the picker just adds another bag at the same best-per-sweet rate. Keep going.

When will my order arrive?

Weekdays before 2pm → same-day dispatch, next-day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Weekend orders ship Monday.
